Delivery Policy

Free Shipping:
Aurum’s Leathers offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, without any minimum order requirements or exceptions. We understand the importance of swift delivery, so we endeavor to process your order promptly despite the shipping being free.

Delivery Timelines:
Regular-sized orders are tailored upon order placement and are typically dispatched within 10 business days, though it may take up to 20 business days. Prime products, on the other hand, are readily available in stock and are shipped the following day after your order is placed.

We aim to expedite the fulfillment process for custom orders as well. Following confirmation of details such as measurements, we usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 5-7 weeks and bespoke orders within 12-15 weeks. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for your items to reach your doorstep.

Worldwide Delivery:
We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service:
To ensure premium service, we utilize Express Delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc., for all shipments. We reserve the right to select the courier that best facilitates efficient delivery.

APO/PO Box Addresses:
For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

Duty:
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and any associated charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Customers are advised to consult their country’s customs office to ascertain potential additional costs prior to purchase.

Complimentary Items:
Orders exceeding 10 products do not automatically include complimentary items. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by our customer support representatives.

Other Policies:
Upon receipt of payment, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order.

Following order shipment and receipt of a tracking number, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company. If the courier company encounters any issues, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient’s absence, it is the customer’s responsibility to address these matters. We advise customers to track their parcels diligently once provided with a tracking number. Failure to accept multiple delivery attempts may result in the courier company disposing of the parcel, for which we cannot be held liable.

In cases where multiple orders are shipping to the same address, we may, at our discretion, consolidate them into a single shipment to streamline the process.

Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to reschedule delivery to a different address. Customers must contact the respective courier company for further assistance or resolution.
